Im a student and I have now decided that enough is enough I have always been quite active but this comes in short bursts and I can never manage to keep to a regime. I have problems with undereating but at the same time eating too much junk and I can never manage to drink enough water. However I have made a promise to myself to change

My goal is to lose 4 stone, start living a more healthy lifestyle which to me involves:

- exercising regularly
- drinking 2l of water a day
