My ultimate goal is to be the size I was in high school size: 14. Another goal is to workout at least 3 times a week! I would also like to encourage others as I go and pull each motivation within ourself!
I am currently eating up to 1550 calories a day and burning at least 1600 calories a week. I normally do well with counting calories.
