I have learned something in the last few months. Life is not about winning or losing. It is not about failing or succeeding. It is about self-concept. How do you see yourself, and where do you see yourself in the next few months to the next decade?

We strive to set goals for ourselves, and when we fail we think we are defeated, and yet we forget we are human. We forget that goals are life's lesson tools. We have forgotten that small goals turn into huge goals. Short-term goals can turn into some fantastic long-term awesomeness. Today, I strive to see the best in what I have, and improve in what I do not have. I have changed what I have on the inside, and I am matching it on the outside. That is my goal for the rest of my life. Each day I wake up is a fresh day to reach each goal I set forth for myself.

My Goals:
Is to gain control over my eating habits. I don't eat too much.. I eat too little, and that affects my abilities, moods, health, but most of all my weight. I am trying to lose 100 lbs +

My Program:
First I have to keep in constant communication with myself-yes myself.

Write in my journals

Blog- yes blog as well...

Go to all medical appointments to deal with my medical issues.

And find a fitness program that fits me rather than try to compare myself with the rest of the population.

Personal Information:
I am about to relocate back to Texas to regain something that I lost 14 years ago. I am also owner of a few sites.

Other Information:
I can do all things through Christ who Strengthens me. The strongholds of the mind are no longer my condemnation, but I hand it over to my Savior.
