hello! I am from ohio and have 3 wonderful children, 10,7 and4. And ever since i had my 4 year old i have gained a wopping 50 lbs. I have always stuggled with my weight but now its out of control!!! I would just love to feel able to just play with my kids as i used to. So hopfully i will find the motivation i need to stick to a healthy lifestyle. Any words of wisdom are welcome!!
