My Weight Loss Program 10/12
I am 66yrs years of age, I play golf 3-4 times a week. I walk 1.5 miles 3x a week. I am a snacker and trying to break that habit.

My Goals:
To lose 15 to 20 lbs. and eat healthy. Not eat in between meals. Continue existing exercise plan. During the winter add workout at the gym to compensate for the days I cannot golf or walk due to weather.
My Program:
Stop the snacking in between meals, stop drinking soda's, eat meat only once a week, eat more vegetables and fruit and legumes. No dairy, severly curb sweets, use butter substitutes (i.e. smart butter), no dairy. No fried or fast foods. Eat more fish & chicken,.
