I am eating a healthy, balanced diet. I am also exercising each day 30-80 minutes on my treadmill( or outside ).
I became overweight when I hit puberty. I have had high blood pressure since I was a teenager. For most of my life I have struggled with depression and anxiety. I take many medications and hope that with my goals met, I might be able to be off some. I am very excited about my journey!!
