In Search of Success

I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I've tried many different diets over the years. I lose about 20-25 pounds, then slip back into my old eating habits, and the pounds come back. At my heaviest weight, I'm determined to be successful in shedding the pounds.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose 80 pounds before a milestone birthday in August 2011.

Sept Goals:
Lose 8 lbs
Keep food and activity logs
Curves minimum of 3 times per week; total of 14 times


My Program:
My initial focus is on simply keeping a food and exercise log. The act of doing so makes me more accountable for what I eat; which means I eat more fruits and vegetables. Meal planning is also an important element of my program. I belong to my local Curves and my Curves friends are the best!

Other Information:
I love scrapbooking, stamping, going to movies and am a huge NFL football fan.
