Nothing Tastes As Good As Skinny Will Feel!

My name is Jennifer and I found this web site in 2007. I started my diet and the gym in Sept 2007. My start weight now is 330 lbs the biggest I'v ever been! My first mini goal is 15lbs. My first long term goal is 50 lbs. The total weight I want to lose is 150 lbs. so I can be what I was 10 years ago before I had my daughter. I have had high blood pressure for about 6 or 7 years now, I'v tried all the diets out there and none seemed to work until I joined WW (Weight Watchers) I'v done WW off ...
My name is Jennifer and I found this web site in 2007. I started my diet and the gym in Sept 2007. My start weight now is 330 lbs the biggest I'v ever been! My first mini goal is 15lbs. My first long term goal is 50 lbs. The total weight I want to lose is 150 lbs. so I can be what I was 10 years ago before I had my daughter. I have had high blood pressure for about 6 or 7 years now, I'v tried all the diets out there and none seemed to work until I joined WW (Weight Watchers) I'v done WW off and on and have always lost a few pounds here and there but this time is my last time I hope. I wake up a lot of days and say I'm tired of being FAT but still do nothing about it!! Well that is about to change. I'v got my whole life ahead and I want to be around to see my daughter grow up. I hope to have grandchildren in the far far furture but my point is I want to live to see those days. I weighed last week and my starting weight this time is 330lbs. which means I lost 40+ lbs and regained all of it back. Boy If I dont want it for myself which I really really do I need to want it for my daughter! I am ready to do it for myself! I AM GOING TO BE MY BIGGEST LOSER! :)

My first Mini Goals is to lose 27 pounds by oct. 1st 2011
@30 pounds (Reward- new Hair Cut)
@50 pounds (Reward- Massage)
@70 pounds (Reward- New Clothes)

My Program:
I try to workout at least 4 days week up to a hour and half. Do weights at least 3 x week! Drink about 64 oz of water w/ w/o crystal light mixed in it, fruits and veggies lots of 100 cal snacks and cup cakes (The best thing they ever made!)
