My Goals:
My goal is to get healthier and to feel better about myself.

My Program:
HGC drops. I'm on round 1 of vlcd. 4 more to go, then phase 3 for 3 weeks, then back on drops to lose the last 10 pounds.

Personal Information:
My dh and I live in central texas. We are both retired. We operate an internet business, that started out 5 years ago as more of a hobby than a job, and has turned into a great business, Who knew???

Other Information:
We have 3 grown children. 2 are happily married and one son still single. We have 5 grand children the oldest is 18 and graduating from High School, she will be a freshman at University of Arkansas in Fayetteville this Sept. The youngest is our red headed 7 year old grand daughter. We are boat owners and are out on the water every chance we get

emoticon Was wondering how you are doing. I know a lot of people who tried the Homeopathic Drops have quit, since they are just fake water and alcohol with no REAL hCG in them.
Check out MAMACLOK on YouTube as she has her Before/After pictures up and looks great.

Thanks for the note on my blog! Yes, I am ready for a break and so is my body. In fact, I was up .4 today so decided to go into P3 and use yesterday as my LIW. At this point, I can't do more than 3 weeks before I start stalling. If there is one thing I learned from this diet, it is to listen to my body!

Enjoy your trip - I am so jealous!!! My husband and I were just talking about maybe visiting Alaska. Alaska and Madagascar are the two places we want to travel to at some point. I've spent a good part of my life in Europe (in fact I was married to my ex in Hastings and had my son in Brussels!) but my hubby has never been out of the continental US so I want to get him on a nice trip one day :)
