GET HEALTHY FOR LIFE !

I am 47years old and I am sick and tired of being sick and tired. march 5th. of this year I started my weight loss journey so far I have lost 35pounds. I work out every week day. But, lately I have been slipping back into my old eating habits. It seems to be very hard to get back into my healthy mode.

My Goals:
my main goal is to just be at a healthy weight for myself. Also, when I turn 50 in 2 years I would like to be able to run a 5k with my daughter and my oldest grandson.

My Program:
I have joined a gym and work out every week day. A combination of cardio and strength training. With the help of my trainer. Getting a handle on my eating habits has been the hardest.
