Well, I'm in my 50's now and have needed to reflect what I want the next few decades to look like. I want to get into a walking program and start to run a little. Not interested in doing a marathon, but I want to be able to run for my life if I need to. I want to look great at my daughter's wedding and be an active and involved Omama, God willing.

My Goals:
Lose weight for my daughter and son's weddings and prepare to be a healthy, energetic Grandmama, whenever that day comes.

My Program:
Have completed a detox program and will continue with a clean diet. Have joined a Learn to Run clinic, and am including yoga and swimming into my exercise regime.
