I am a married mother of 2 girls ages 25 and 14 and grandmother of 21 month old grandson. I need to lose 60 lbs and gain some energy back. Today I started a 24 week program which consists of exercise and nutrition plan through my local gym and this website. Wish me luck!

My goals are to lose weight (66 lbs) and become a healthier happier person!

My Program:
I am on a 24 week program at my local gym, starting out with 30 minutes of Cardio 3x a week for the first two weeks and then increasing the program from there. It also includes being a member of Sparkpeople and tracking my nutrition.

Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving a comment. As I said in my blog, I tried making the transition from tracking my food every day to tracking just once a week and was unsuccessful. I had to return to daily tracking. This time will be different. I am much better prepared with more experience estimating the food that I am eating!

Thanks for the comment on my blog! I realized that I do fluctuate a lot during the day, so I'm going to put the scale away and keep the weigh-ins to a minimum so I don't get too obsessed with the numbers.
