Hey, buddy! Glad you're back! I've checked your page several times to see if you have been on...changed your status, etc.
You betcha we can do this! My loss has been up and down, kind of slow...don't know if you read, but I fell on the ice in Feb and couldn't do any exercise for 6 weeks except a bit of strength with resistance band, biceps curls with my dumb bell and isometrics for my tummy and tush.
But 'they' do say slow is better...it tends to stay off longer, too!
I LOVE the SP plan...I turned off their diet for me and just enter my own food. Figure treats and desserts in (if I've been good that day). If I go over, since I track all I know how much, and I gradually make it up with extra fitness or a few less calories over the next few days.
