Zumba has changed my life! I am so grateful for this exercise program and music.
My 2013 goals are:
* Reach goal weight....currently down 66...need to lose 44 more for 110 pound loss. * Wear size 4 hip hugger jeans by Christmas 2013...have gone from size 22 to 12..still going down. *Continue sobriety for the rest of my life...currently 516 days sober. *Continue to help others daily. *Learn new Zumba moves and become more fit. *Take 6-7 Zumba classes weekly plus one kickboxing class. *Follow the Zumba diet guidelines and make recipes in the Zumba Lovers Cookbook. * Live Laugh Love * Incorporate weight training, kettlebells, and cardio including treadmill and water jogging into workout routine. * Be a good SparkFriend. * To post calories, fitness, and sobriety daily. * To continue to participate in all local 5ks and complete one 10k before December 2013.
Today is the last day of the month. It is time to celebrate all accomplishments and of course set new goals for March! We are so blessed to have such a Sparktacular network that allows SparkFriends to share and support each other. Have an absolutely Terrific Thursday!!! WooHoo!
