49 days to a STRONGER ME!
I am taking a 49 day challenge that will start 2/21/13. My goal is to add muscle to my frame. I want to look fit and have beautiful muscular curves when I am "Rocking a Tank Top" this spring. I have gotten to a wt that I am happy at and have maintained it for a few years. This is not about me loosing wt. It is about me adding muscle. I have also committed to sparking for this time period as my daughter's Dr told her she needs to drop 20 lbs. She has opened a spark teen page and in the spirit ...
