Motivation follows action.
I want to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle by incorporating natural foods and plenty of exercise into my life. I have 80 pounds to lose. I am at the heaviest I have ever been in my life. I have been steadily gaining weight since I lost my job in 2006 and had to move back home to live with my parents. I love SparkPeople! It really energizes me and gets me started each day. Thank you!

I love walking Conner, my Jack Russell Terrier. I also enjoy meditating, walking, writing, reading and creating abstract art. I hope to write and illustrate a children's book someday.
