Welcome to Spark People! Great job on starting this journey. Doesn't it feel awesome to finally get started?
Set mini goals. Perhaps its 10% of your body weight, or the ability to run for 10 minutes without stopping. Once you hit 10%, go for another 10%. Once you hit 10 minutes, your new goal is 20 minutes.
The sky is the limit. You can do this!
