My name is Jackie and I'm a mom of 3 beautiful kids.
I just take it one meal at a time and I'm trying to incorporate exercise. Time for a change~Time for a new me,a better me. 2011 has been great & 2012 will be even better. Come join me. We can do this together.
As Fall 2012 is about to begin I'm still on my journey. I hope to reach my goal by my birthday 2013. If it should take longer than so be it as long as I get there.

My Goals:
I want to get to a healthy weight and get skinny so I'm around to see all my children grow up. I don't want to leave them without a mother. I would also like my asthma to clear up.
My Program:
I'm gonna try low carb & portion control. The low carb thing & WW have been things in the past that have worked for me. I'm gonna take this one day at a time one meal at a time and start to incorporate exercise.
Personal Information:
I live in Brentwood NY. I'm 41 and a Pisces. I celebrate my birthday March 10. I have 3 wonderful children. Christian 18 yrs, Brianna 14 yrs, David 3 years.
Other Information:
I work part time as a teacher's assistant in a daycare. I love to listen to music-I listen to all kinds, but mainly country,classic rock and current pop/rock. I love spending time with my children and looking to make new friends here.
