Queen of Best Intentions
I need to lose weight for my health. My family is worried about me and so am I. I want to be alive to enjoy grandchildren someday. Spark people has given me the tools to learn to love myself. This program has also given me the support I need to change my poor eating habits and to make exercise a daily part of my routine.

Excercise 5 days a week. Strength training 3 days a week. Make healthier food choices. Find healthier alternatives for comfort food. Bring my weight below 200 pounds by 2013.
My Program:
Excercise a minimum of 20 minutes, 5 days a week. Strength train 3 days a week. Making healthier snack choices. Drink at least 8 servings of water daily. Log in to Spark daily.
Personal Information:
I am currently an unemployed preschool teacher working on my masters degree in early childhood education. I have been married since 1990 and have 2 incredible children.
Other Information:
I title my page "Queen of Best Intentions" because that is me to a tee. I used to buy many different diet pills to try, excercise items, etc. with every intention of using them, but don't or give up.
