One Day at a Time!

I need to lose weight for my health. My family is worried about me and so am I. I want to be alive to enjoy grandchildren someday. I first joined Spark People in 2012, when I was out of work and had plenty of time to exercise and prepare healthy meals. Personal Information:
I am currently a preschool teacher. I have been married since 1990 and have 2 incredible children. I lost 60 pounds with Spark people in 2012 and plan to do it again. My body did not hurt like this, when I was 60 pounds lighter.

Other Information:
I title my page "Queen of Best Intentions" because that is me to a tee. I used to buy many different diet pills to try, exercise items, etc. with every intention of using them, but I don't or give up very quickly.

Hey sugar! Thanks for the goodie. I am practicing today on my guitars and my new keyboard. Have practice with the new band tomorrow. They have been working hard to book some gigs, so I hope to be playing out again soon! Have a great weekend!

Good Morning Jackie,
I found out that when I stay gluten free and sugar free, the cravings I was having went away but the first time I slipped and ate a bun on my hamburger or indulged on that small 1 oz bag of Cheetos I was back into the cravings knee deep.

I won't kid you, it takes me about three days to get to the point of no craving but it lessens a little more each day.
