I want to be healthy again and feel my body working more efficiently. A few years back I lost over 50 pounds on weight watchers and kept it off for about a year. During my last year of college my diet and exercise got put on the back burner; during this time I went through a divorce and almost lost my dad in a motorcycle accident.

So here I am today, at my highest weight ever. It's been a bit of a struggle, I allowed myself to live in denial as to where I actually was. However, I ...

However, I find that living in denial is not going to make my favorite jeans fit again. My goal is simple in concept: eat healthy and partake in excercises I enjoy and the weight will come off, I think mentally it's slightly harder the second time around.

So please feel free to join me on my journey.

Great to see yoiur pretty self. Welcome to SP and glad to hear you're back on the wagon. We know what to do, we just have to do it and keep our mouths occupied with other than food things, right? Go get 'em.
