I'm back for a fresh start!! After gaining the majority of weight that I had lost a year ago, I am determined to do it again!! I have set my goals a stone at a time.

My Goals:
Are not to over eat and keep to regular meals!

Exercise regularly!

To be able to look in the mirror and not feel ashamed!

WEIGHT GOALS

Normal weigh = 18.5-24.9

Overweight =
25-29.9

Obesity =
30 or greater




My Program:
Is to loose a couple of pounds a week

EXERCISE - 3 x week

Eat sensibly, try not to eat no more than 1500 calories a day

Personal Information:
I am forty +, married and have three children. I live in a small village in Norfolk. I work 15 hours a week, but its mostly the children that keep me busy during the week, being a taxi diver taking them to their clubs!!

Other Information:
The things I love to do is going out and about with my family!!
Socialising with my friends!!
I love to read!! Shopping trips with my friend! They are a lot smaller than me so it would be lovely to buy my clothes in the same shop as them and not go into the big girl shops!!!

Hi there spark friend!! Is it raining much where you are - it has been non stop in Essex and doesn't much inspire me to get out and enjoy the crisp winter air, haha. I do actually still have a gym membership as cancelling it would be like admitting that I am fat and unhealthy again, whereas this is of course merely a blip. I think they offer Zumba as well but I don't know how good the classes are now - I have had some fantastic classes and some awful ones, but I'm sure that January is the time to try them out again. My plan is some gentle at home exercise next week and then once the kids go back to school I'll go back to the gym around my work hours.
Hope all is well with you and you enjoy your New Year - we're not doing anything to celebrate, too old and boring nowadays!
