I started with spark people about a year ago, was able to lose about 10 pounds, and have continued to maintain give or take a few ups and downs. This december, I'm rejoining and I'm hoping to stay consistent and find more support with this community, I don't have a lot of active friends that are as into health and fitness as I am.
I'm working on my mind and body at once, challenging myself to practicing gratefulness, appreciating more and complaining less. In order to do that, I have to take care of myself. I've learned that I feel SO much better when I exercise, and so much WORSE when I don't. But for some reason, can't find that support to get myself to the gym or off the couch on my own.
So, thanks for your support and joining me on the journey! I have a vacation coming in February that I'd like to feel confident and comfortable for, so I'm looking to tone and boost my own moral as my short term goal.
I want to walk that beach feeling the best I've ever felt, as good as I possibly could.

Aiming for more whole foods versus processed foods.
I'm simplifying my life to focus on what brings me joy and leaving behind everything that is holding me back. I've spent to long worrying about everyone else and letting myself become an emotional mess! Strengthening my core, inside and out.
