Well I'm sure that most of your are wondering what someone that is 62 inches and 145 pounds is on this site for. Why not I guess. Everyone else I know is on here so what. I have to admit that I do need some motivational help. I have been out of the army for a year now (I was in six). It is hard to get moving and do something when no one is going to chew on your if you don't ya know? It is so easy to make an excuse and not do anything. I have gained about 10 pounds or so over the years, but it really isn't the weight I care about at all, I don't care if I lose any. I could gain weight and wouldn't care, I just want to lose fat. When I was in an Infantry unit stationed in Korea I was pretty much at my fitness peak, I have never had a six-pack but I had two "oreo rolls" back then and that was close.

I have an eating problem, but it isn't really the normal type. I only eat once a day. I never eat breakfast, it makes me feel fat and slow all morning. I like to be going at full speed, I like to operate in crisis mode and be jumping out of my to get things done. I just did it for so many years that I got used to it, and now I don't feel useful if I'm not running all over. Pretty much I just starve all day and eat a massive dinner, and that is totally bad for you, I know. I have tried to work on it, but old habits die hard.

I love to eat, and I love to cook. I can make wonderous meals out of the crap that you got from the foodbox that the government gave you three years ago, ya know. That is my specialty. I have to say that it comes in handy when you are broke all the time.

I'm still a slave to the man, but that is all that I know. I am a civil servant now and I work for Cadet Command. You know, the dorks in college that are playing army (Like the guys on Animal House). I work for their higher headquarters. I have to say that it isn't bad though. I get to review their cases and decide whether or not we should retain them in the program if they got in trouble, or review their cases for kicking them out. Sometimes they make for some pretty good reading, you could only imagine what some of these college kids do.

So in conclusion, I'll be here to support my wife and other family that are on this site, and hopefully I can get motivated to get my ass moving and get a little bit toned. :)

I want to run about 2 miles three times a week and do strength training the other two, and on the weekends...do whatever.
