I just wanted to post a quick Welcome to the 50+ members with 100+ Pounds to lose TEAM. We're so glad to have you join us. Please jump in and have a good time getting healthy. This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker. These are excellent resources that will help keep you on the path you've chosen. Come on... let's get healthy TOGETHER!!! Together WE can do anything! Jack, how are you? When I read your comments I thought that I could have written them about myself. I can remember thinking that I must do something else I would be dead soon. It's not easy, weight is one of the hardest things to achieve because I think that the whole world is against you, wanting you to eat. After all everyone does it don't they?

But I made a plan and started 1st Jan 2010 and so far I have lost 27 kgs and I am continuing to lose. Make a plan, stick to it and modify it when it's not effective anymore. If it's working stick with it...
