My Journey

Hi! I'm 25 (almost 26) years old, 4'11" and I weigh 222 pounds. I got married on June 16th, 2012 to an amazing man who loves me no matter how much I weigh or what I look like.

I started my weight loss journey on March 1st, 2010 (shortly after I got engaged on 2-14-2010.) So, to date, I've lost 47 pounds.

My goal is to weigh 2015 by April 1st, 2015... That's when we would like to start trying to have a baby. :-) I want to be healthy through my pregnancy so I don't ...

My Goals:
Lose 100 pounds in 100 weeks. (7-15-2012 to 6-18-2014.)

Weigh 125 pounds by April 1st, 2015.

My Program:
I am currently on a 1200 calorie diet that consists of lots of 100 calorie snacks such as mini rice cakes, granola bars and yogurts. I also eat lots of salads and oatmeal and drink a lot of water.

I am currently on my treadmill for 30 minutes 5 days a week (at 3.2mph gradually increasing). And working on investing in an ab lounger.
