I'm glad ur at your goal weight. I read Judith Beck, PhD's "The BECK Diet Solution" as she teaches how to THINK like a THIN person. I got the book at the library. It isn't a "diet" but how to answer back to that voice in your head. I saw your comment about not liking to track your food, so you need her method in answering yourself and not making yourself feel bad. She'd say "Give yourself credit for being aware, etc."
The book is well worth reading. She has a web site. I love that she has stayed thin for the past 20 years. 1947 days ago
