Staying the Course

Funny, I called this "Staying the Course" and then promptly fell off. Never mind, though, as I am back.

Most of my lost weight back on me, but I'm back and hopefully to stay.

My Goals:
Goals: To acquire self control.

The greatest benefit will be in my relationships with my kids and myself. The measurable benefits will be in my weight and fitness.

I'm keeping my old success numbers up even though I am back up above 300. I will mark when I get back to those places.

300 pounds (10% lost) April 2011 ; January 2013; October 2013

My Program:
Healthy food, fitting in exercise where I can around my full time job, long commute, and four kids. Should be easy, right?

Interim process goals are to exercise more and prepare healthy food.

Personal Information:
30 year old married mother of four little boys.

My sons are 6, 5, 3, and 1 years old, adorable, wonderful, and DEMANDING. And did I mention wonderful?

My current work situation is ... well, busy. Very busy. And sedentary, too. Thankfully, I have the most wonderful family support in the world.

Other Information:
I saw this on someone else's page and loved the idea. Before 2009, they are estimates, but I think within 5-10 lbs. I want this to be the last year I start with a "3."

:) Low blood pressure is what can cause the low blood flow to the kidneys. The body's natural response is to initiate a way (renin- angiotensin-aldosterone) to make your body retain more sodium to increase your BP. So when your BP is low, your body wants sodium and uses it to increase your BP.

Each day is another opportunity to walk with faith and persevere toward my goals. Thanks for sharing your light and perspective! I hope you and your family are feeling healthy and doing very well. Thanks for your comment - yeah, I have pretty seriously adjusted my plan to lose the weight, and so I think that I might be transitioning back to the SP blog for awhile - it's nice to know there are people holding me accountable. Hope you are having a good weekend!
