1st wedding anniverary August 7, 2009 : 161 lbs which is what I weighed on my wedding day as well.





This is the goal folks!! I used to look like this. I can't weight to see her again. What did I do?





Just last year, looking for a wedding dress. I so hoped I would be a size smaller.

Lifestyle changes in progress

One year active on the Spark. I've lost 10 pounds. Yes I thought I would have lost more by now, but really I'm very happy. I can fit into my old pants. Weight wise I'm into my old stomping grounds.

Still my BMI puts me in the "overweight" but not obese category. I am going to make 2010 the year I ditch that label. I have 10 more lbs to go!

Personal Information:
I live in Texas with my husband and three step daughters. I'm a new mom, a new step-mom which is interesting at times.

I have two dogs and am very active in dog rescue.

Other Information:
I was recently told by an alternative health professional that I am wheat sensitive. I'm trying to cut that out of my diet.

I am very inspired by your progress! My weight loss goal is about the same as your's and it's great to see someone who is reaching their goals. I've been stuck at 165 for a long time and I've been finding it soooo hard to stay consistent with my eating plan. I am a new member to the PaleoDiet spark team and am really excited to start making some changes. Are you actively doing the diet?
