Hey, I'm Jennifer. I'm a twenty-four-year-old fatty aspiring to be a hottie. I decided to change my life when I weighed in at 238 pounds. I managed to lose 40 pounds through healthy eating and regular exercise before joining SparkPeople, but I needed some extra motivation and tools to get me to my goal weight of 155. My Goals:
1) Be "normal" according to the BMI chart. (That means weighing 155 lbs or lighter.)

2) Be a runner.

3) Complete a half-marathon.

4) Be able to pass the military PTA. (Not enlisting, just want to know I can!)

My Program:
Eating around 1500 calories a day, doing around 50 minutes of cardio 5-6 days each week, and about 10 minutes of strength training 3 times each week.

For cardio, I do interval training (alternating back and forth between walking and jogging) three days a week, usually on the treadmill at the gym, but I go outside when I can. In addition, I'll just walk, use the elliptical, hike, or go to a live Zumba class.

I've also gotten really into yoga. I've been practicing at least 5 minutes a day for several weeks now, plus a couple of one hour sessions a week. One of those is Yoga for the Warrior with Bob Harper, and it is super intense. But I am loving the results!

Hi! Thank you so much for stopping by my page and checking up on me! I am doing pretty well, having a very busy April but still sticking to my wt loss commitments best I can. Seems like I am more maintaining this month than losing but I am optimistic that May will be better. Hope all is well with you! Have fun at your 5k! emoticon emoticon
