My Goals:
-Lose weight
-Lose inches
-Decrease body fat %
-Increase lean muscle mass
-Improve endurance
-Reduce stress
-Increase energy
-Eat extremely healthy
-Take care of my body!

My Program:
-To achieve my goals I eat very healthy. I eat complex carbs, lots of fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, healthy fats and dairy.

-I try to go to the gym 4-6x per week, where I mix up my workouts with cardio (Eliptical, treadmill, stationary bicycle) and target weight training (core, arms, legs).
-To improve my endurance I run at least 15km per week on the treadmill by interval & incline% training.



Other Information:
Far away in the sunshine are my highest aspirations. I will reach them. I can look up and see their beauty, believe in them, and follow where they lead.
