Beating depression

My name is Josh and have been lifting weights for about 5 years. I love the challenge of transforming my body. I feel life without challenges is dull and your mind is the most powerful tool that you can use to transform your body. Currently my goal is to gain about fifteen pounds by summer.

I dropped down to 155 lbs while battleling depression. I lost my vision and it affected me in all facets of my life. I forgot who I was and felt worthless...

Realizing some things are out of control I had to keep going. Got back in the gym, changed my diet and re-invented my self. Gained 25 lbs in the next couple of months and never looked back. This all has allowed me to look myself in the mirror each day and give the best I can. It's crazy how life can test you but you'll never learn how much of a stronger person you will be without them.

I have battled for almost 15 years mand to this day havent beatin it. I hope to one day be free'd of this burden. No one will ever know the pain but to live it.

My Goals:
Looking to gain 15lbs of lean muscle while staying @ 10% bodyfat. During summer looking to start lean mass diet and stay around 185lbs and 6-7 % bodyfat. Will post progress pics monthly.

My Program:
I am eating about 3k calories a day. Working out 4 days a week.

Personal Bests:
Squat - 350
Deadlift - 315
Bench Press - 240
Leg Press - 700

All raw - no belt

Personal Information:
From San Diego and recently moved to Utah for my career. Played Baseball in High School and College thats how I got into strength training.

I am a Regional Manager for a wireless company.

Going to Vegas for a baseball tournament for Valentines day... How romantic LOL haha

Other Information:
Smaller meals at higher frequencies allows for less storage of excesses, due to the principles of absorption. You will also experience better absorption of the vitals of your body
