My Goals:
To continue working through recreating a healthier me by tracking food, exercise daily and staying connected to supportive people.
My Program:
~ I am watching my calories. ~ I am walking, biking, hooping, trampoline or treadmill everyday. Exercise rule: minimum 20 minutes a day, no matter what no excuses. Streak has become habit. Reached 365 days on 9/8/12 ~ Strength training rule: something everyday. No matter what, no excuses. Started streak 9/5/12 ~ Staying away from High Fructose Corn Syrup and Hydrogenated/partially hydrogenated stuff. This is difficult because they are in almost everything! ~ No artificial sweetners. This is easy cuz I don't like them anyway. ;)
Personal Information:
I am in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
Other Information:
Exercise rule: a Minimum of 20 minutes a day, everyday... NO EXCUSES. Have not missed a day since Sept 9, 2011 ~ the day I started Strength training going strong as of 9/05/12
