Walk or swim every day Weight train 3x a week in the water 64oz or more water daily Eat fruits/veges/whole grains and healthy amounts of meats and dairy
Personal Information:
After many years of smoking and not eating the healthiest and exercising on a regular basis it's hard to understand what my body and mind really need at this time. I am learning and remembering what I want and enjoy. I love spark people and think it's the best thing for anyone who needs help getting organized and back on track in life.
Other Information:
I enjoy almost all films that have sci-fi, action, and or comedy.
