Starting new :)

Ok so I have been a member of Spark people before and never really followed through... sigh. I deleted my membership over a year ago and things have really changed since then!
The biggest change is that I had a baby on December 5th, 2012. I am one of the few women (sorry ladies) who actually lost weight instead of gaining it during my pregnancy mainly due to severe morning sickness. Now 18 days post-partum I actually weigh almost 30 pounds less than where I was before pregnancy. ...

The biggest change is that I had a baby on December 5th, 2012. I am one of the few women (sorry ladies) who actually lost weight instead of gaining it during my pregnancy mainly due to severe morning sickness. Now 18 days post-partum I actually weigh almost 30 pounds less than where I was before pregnancy. My hope is to lose the remaining 15-20 pounds and to maintain my weight. I am also hoping to establish a healthy eating routine so that I can be a good example for my son.
