My Goals:
Return to my good eating habits, continue to exercise and add more strength training.

Stay in calorie range 6/7 days.
30 min cardio 6/7 days
3 fruits and veggies a day
weigh in once a week
2X strength training a week
Log into spark people each day.

My Program:
Just do it! I am limiting my calories to between 1200-1500 each day with a cheat meal once a week. So far, I have kept on track and don't feel deprived at all. Exercise everyday and do active things with the kids.
