Welcome to my page! I started this weight loss business on January 1st, 2013 and I plan to make this year the best year of my life! So far I've lost 9 pounds and counting. My Program:
3 x week running
2 x week kettlebell training
1 x week power yoga/Pilates, Zumba or whatever I feel like doing!

Personal Information:
I am a 28 year old LPN from Bulgaria, who lives in New York state. I am a mom to a 6 year old active boy and my husband is a LPN as well. I love reading, road trips.

Thank you for the kudos on my weight loss but I only lost 2 pounds. I meant to enter 160.3 but I entered 106.3 in error. LOL I should have waited until after my coffee to enter my weight loss.

Good Morning and thank for the friend add. I think its great that you are addicted to running. I LOVE it! My body is in the best shape of my life and I even have great abs at 40 years old!

Signing up for your first race is a big step; I will be cheering for you! My next race is April 13th and I can't wait.

When I train for my half-marathons my weight tends to stay put. If this happens don't be discouraged. You are torching fat and adding lean muscle. After long runs my weight would go up 2-3 pounds and after the halfs 5 pounds just from fluid retention. It's all temporary and will balance itself out.

Keep doing what your doing and you will reach your goals before you know it.
