My Goals:
My goals are to get into physical shape, start snacking less and eating better, and to eventually hit my goal weight of 115lbs.

My Program:
To meet my goals, I'm tracking my nutrition and trying to stay within a calorie range of 1200-1550 per day (usually closer to the 1200 side), and working out using mostly strength and cardio exercises on the Wii Fit.

hey! i have been up to quite a lot, concerts and getting ready to move, but unfortunately not as much exercising and controlling my calorie intake as i should have. hopefully you have been doing better than i have! =]
