I am attempting to limit unnecessary carbs. This site doesn't seem to be gung-ho on that type of eating challenge so, I'm having to apply previous knowledge without being overzealous.

If you look at my Spark Page closer you will see that I did lose 2 pounds a week for a whole year but, that when it was all said and done I did not keep it off. I have gained back 60 of the 100 pounds I lost!
