I'd love to meet others in my area with children for workout playdates. I'm relatively to the area.

A little about me - My daughter, Isabel, was born in July, 2008 and my son Ari in July, 2010. I am married to a wonderful father and husband. I love to travel. I'm a teacher that is currently working from home as a consultant. I love being a stay at home mom. My kids are my life. I enjoy being outside! I like to walk, ride bikes, rollerblade, hike, kayak, canoe, camp, etc. ...

I'm trying to get back to my pre-baby weight, and then lose another 10 pounds to get closer to what I weighed in college. We're going on vacation this summer to celebrate our 5 year wedding anniversary - would love to be down about 20 pounds by then.

My Goals:
Lose 20 pounds by July 13.

After that, I'd like to spend the next 6 months losing another 5-10 pounds and toning up.

My Program:
High intensity cardio for at least 50 minutes 3 days a week.

Strength training for at least 40 minutes on 2 days a week.

Monitoring what I eat on Sparkpeople.

Well congrats on the inches lost! Hopefully i will see changes. I measured my waist and hips, but usually i always turn to the scale to see my progress. I think with slim in 6 the inches lost counts more. Thanks for the support. :)
