Transformation Time!

I would like to make this year the best year of my life and I would like to make a part of that finally getting healthy, strong and losing the extra weight.

I have a lot of goals yet to reach and I guess every goal starts with being healthy, strong and confident enough to achieve it in the first place. So it is important to me to get my body in shape and feeling good.

A few of my health goals for this year:

1. Lose 60 lbs.

2. Try an adventure race this year.

3. Do Tough Mudder in July in Southern California

4. Celebrate reaching my weight goal by skydiving for the first time.



My Program:
-Boating practice+recreational volleyball and basketball

-gym workouts eliptical, treadmill

-crossfit 5 days a eek



Personal Information:
I live in Portland now, but I am a Cali Native. I have returned to school here and I am finishing a degree in Community Health. So I guess I should be a good example of health!
