I keep falling off the wagon, but I refuse to give up. Over the last 5 or 6 years I've managed to lose and keep off about 20 pounds. A shame that I also lost a lot more which I regained

get into jeans I've not worn since teens - (30 years ago!!!!!). If I can't get into them when i'm at my target weight/waist size then I will throw them away.

My Program:
I'll just keep trying. !!!!

To try to stick within my calorie range MORE OFTEN and do some cardio at least a few times a week to burn a few more calories.

Weight loss aim - to lose 1 to 1.5 pounds a week - needs an average daily calorie defecit of 500-750 (or 3500- 5250 a week) Not easy for me as I tend to have an average of 350 a day.

I NEED TO BE MORE DISCIPLINED. less junk and alcohol.

Will track everyday. !!!!!
