I have struggled my entire life with my weight, but I finally reached a point that I had to do something about it on April 9, 2010. Ever since, my life has been a 180 - I'm conscious of what I eat, how much I eat, and exercise. It all begins with a healthy eating plan, but exercise helps balance it out. In November 2012 I decided to not eat any sugar (except those found naturally in foods such as dairy and fruit), processed foods with hidden sugar, or white flour anymore. I explain it as my own hybrid of a 'Paleo' diet and a 'Low Carb' diet. I feel 10 times better since starting - not as tired, no cravings, and much more energy. I now realize how addicted I was.
