- Work to nurture my relationships with family and friends

- Avoid falling into the guilt trip trap
- Finish PhD thesis and Anthro program

2013

I'm originally from Oregon, but I've been living in Spain for the past nine years. I teach English and Spanish at a community center, work part-time as an English instructor at the local University and I am finishing up my PhD in Anthropology. I'm also happily married to the best possible husband.

Other Information:
Interests: languages, yoga, hiking, cooking, peace education, intercultural education, organic gardening, travel, just to name a few.

YES- TIMELINE/ GUE DATES give yourself deadlines
I also worked with a "copy/editor/technical reviewer" in advance- I am literally paying for it now- but is and was worth every penny!!!!! She helped me keep it minimal. I worked and work full tim during the week so weekend I did dissertation 4 hours and then movies, dinner, relaxing whatever!
ALSO I struggled with staying on task with eating during dissertation probobly because of the stress- gained a lot of weight- but exercise was such a stress reliever as were eating clean and juicing and minimal coffee helped a lot- try coffee alternatives like teecino! emoticon emoticon emoticon

I'm in Madrid - at least you'll have a bit less heat up there, no? Still struggling with the whole "sin" concept here :-) Also, this month is both my BF and my birthdays, and lots of family and friends visit, so it's reeeeeally hard to stay away from the beer and the tapas... At least I'm still running! Un abrazo!
