The feeling of accomplishment is half the battle!
I'm trying to learn more about nutrition and health. I have reduced my refined sugar intake by about 80-90% and feel better. I want to learn how to get the vitamins/minerals and fiber from my diet. I watch "You Are What You Eat" often. It inspired me to learn more about nutrition and fiber intake as well as to learn more about individual nutrient contents of foods we eat. This site (Sparkpeople) is great because I can easily track my daily food intake and know what and how much I have eaten. ...
