New Year = New Start.
I'm not new to sparkpeople, but have tried & failed so many times, I decided to start fresh. I'll be 45 this year and this is the time to finally finish what I started!

I'm a recovering weight watcher and currently doing South Beach, which works very well for me as long as I log what I eat. Lots of veggies, fruits, lean protein and not so much on the grains/pasta. With WW, I was eating too many processed foods that hindered my loss. I lose slowly ...
