You tell me exactly what you need from me and I will do my best do give it to you. And really think about what is going to help YOU, don't judge it on what other people think or what you have seen other people do, or what you think you are SUPPOSE to do. Really figure out what is helpful to you and we can work together to figure it out :) Get crazy..be creative...what works for me might not work for you.....you figure out what you need from me and we can build a plan from there :)

It's a shame I don't have an answer for you on the accountability, if i did I would have one for myself too :D

You are going to have to think outside the box and create ways, and most importantly you are going to have to find SOMEWAY to hold yourself accountable, yes I said it and yes I know how tough that is, the old expression if there is a will there is a way :) find some friends there to help you, if that won't work then make sure you log all your food here as best you can (I slip some days but I try)

find yourself a spark buddy and create whatever type of plan you need to help you. Maybe email is fine, maybe you need a phone call I don't know..only YOU can tell you what you need. Think about it...jot some stuff down..even if you aren't sure what have you got to lose by trying something different? Nothing but weight ;)

First figure out what it will take, don't worry about how its possible, one step at a time...figure out what you think will help you be accountable and then we can explore how to go about doing that...its going to be different for everyone...but I am willing to help if you are willing to try
