Gotta Get Healthy

I have a lot of weight to lose, but I'm not so much focused on the actual weight. I want to get back to the health I felt and had the last time I weighed that much. I am giving myself 2 years to lose 200lbs. While the goal seems so large and date so far away, it's completely doable at 2lbs a week.
At first I'm going to just start with diet. I've been so sedentary the past few years that I'll have to ween myself into working out slowly. I'm both nervous and super excited. Can't wait ...
