Yep you read right I slipped and am starting over again....bad news slip lasted 3 months and I gained 5 pounds...Good news already lost 4 of that...I have to do it this time for health reasons...I can use all the help I can get...

My weight History.....
I was a very skinny kid my family used to joke I could eat anything and never gain an ounce..The weight gain begin when I "became a woman" I was 13. I went from about 90 lbs to about 115 in one summer. By the end of the following summer I was 14 yrs old and was ina size 10. I was okay with my weight and pretty comfoprtable with who I was. I started High school at 15 in a size 12/13. I was fine with me..all my friends were a little smaller than I was but I was okay with it. By the time I was a Senior I was up to a 14/16. Even though I had a little belly bump I had no problem with my weight. I didn't see myself as fat I was happy until a had a fight with a boyfriend and he called me "FAT" I was so hurt...one of my friends automatically stood up and said "she is no fat she is just fluffy" I stuck with that for awhile..I had no problems getting boyfriends so I must not have been too fat or ugly. When I turned 18 I moved out and without mommy to cook for me and trying to balance a boyfriend and a job and pay bills etc plus "being 18 and on my own" I lost quite a bit of weight. Everyone told me how great I looked and there was always another guy trying to go out with me. I had a date with my boyfriend one night and borrowed an outfit from a "skinny" friend telling her it would never fit she insisted so I tried it on...it fit they outfit was a size 8. about 3 months later I found out I was 5 months pregnant. I had a very complicated pregancy and gained from about 130 lbs to weighting 197 pounds when I had my daughter. I came home from the hospital wearing a size 14..I was determined to loose the weight and temporarily got down to a 12...But that didn't last...Over the next 4 years I went thru 2 miscarriages and went up to a size 18 /20. Then I found out I was pregnant with my oldest son. Again the pregnancy was complicated and when I went in to deliver him I was up to 254 lbs I was mortified. My boyfriend and I were engaged and scheduled to get married in a month. At my wedding I wore a 22/24 dress and cried when I picked it out cause it was so big..I was determined to get the weight back off. I had lost 30 pounds 4 months later when I found out I was pregnant with Our youngest son. This pregnancy was also complicated I was on bed rest for 3 months and by the time I went in to have him I was 292 pounds. I was so upset I was NEVER gonna cross that 300lb mark. Right after he was born I had my tubes tied there were some complications from the surgery. A few months later we found out our son was a special needs child and was in need of alot of therapy etc. Wehn our youngest was a year old I had to have emergency surgery for a cyst that had ruptured in my abdomen. I was 25 and weighted 315 pounds. I was wearing a 24 and miserable. I started into a depression and then got in a bad car accident I hurt my knee and hip in the accident. The next thing I knew I was turning 30 and weighted 350 lbs I was determined to loose weight but I lost about 30 lbs and gave up. Then at 32 I decided to try again this time I weighted 385 pounds I lost over 60 pounds and then I twisted my knee and gave up again...In August my husbadn turned 36 and decided that it was time for us and our kids to get in better shape take off sodme of this extra weight and be more active. It took me about a week to get on board and thats when my world crashed ...up until that point I had this little thing in the back of my head saying"at least I never hit 400" I found out I weighted in at 405... Something HAS to change ...I am miserable I can do very little I want to be able to get out and go...I want feel good about myself again. I don't want to be skinny. I want to be healthier, more active and to feel good..I aim is to get under 200lb....199 here I come!!!

My Goals:
To be healthy and happy. I have no interest in being Skinny I just want to be able to enjoy life an dbuy clothes off the clearance rack!

My Program:
Healthier foods, smaller portions, try to work in exercise slowly. Right now my plan allows for 1360-1700 calories per day.
**UPDATE...met first goal of 399...New calroies per day 1290-1640
**UPDATE...met goal of 375...new calories per day 1200 - 1550

Personal Information:
I am a sahm of 3 kids. I live in Ohio with my husband, our kids and my Boston Terrier. We are also helping to raise our niece and nephew.
