My Goals:
still need to shed extra pounds,
Eat more vegies, and stop those late night dinners ( which would mean -eat more for breakfast??)

My Program:
I go to gym (I walk to gym 0.5 miles one way), take a class 6-7pm (called pump it up -aerobics with weights YMCA) Mo and Wd..
Tuesday night i would go for a 35 min run on a treadmill (Using RANDOM, 5.5 m/h)
Th mornings 1 hour swim from 7-8am.. and tehn Friday is there with weekend following - so there is a lot of walking involved..

I live between 2 places -Phila, PA and suburbs of NJ..
