A Life Long Battle

My whole life has been fighting this battle. Up and down, up and down .. I think I've tried every diet, read every book, and now I'm going to be 55, and I'm the heaviest I've ever been. I want to feel better about myself. It's easy to say, hard to do.

I'm now a Grandma, and would like to live to see my grand-kids grow up, and not be a burden because of bad health. I want to participate in life.

My Goals:
Day by day. Trying to eat healthy, get moving and lose the weight slowly, so I can maintain a healthy weight when I reach my goal. I'm not going to "crazy-obsessive" on my daily journey ... but the plan for the rest of my life is

My Program:
Dr Oz 2 week rapid weight loss ..logging everything / every bite I eat .. trying to walk or get some cardo exercise every day. Building up slowly so I don't hurt.

Do you have any idea how much you encouraged me today? I started out ok yesterday, then binged. Your reply to my question about the rapid plan of doc oz's made me realize my "all or nothing" mentality has got to go out the window (right along with my rebellion).
